At Sfakianakis Group, a leader in the automotive industry, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven After Sales Area Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will support, guide, and develop our network of authorized service and spare-parts partners, ensuring high-quality after-sales services, customer satisfaction and profitability. Responsibilities: • Supports the network of authorized service and spare-parts partners across all after-sales activities. • Improves partner performance by providing ongoing technical and commercial support to enhance service quality and efficiency. • Monitors customer satisfaction, reviewing feedback and key performance indicators to identify improvement areas. • Proposes and implements initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and overall after-sales performance. • Develops and executes initiatives that strengthen after-sales services and customer experience. • Travels within Greece to support the partners network in the assigned region.
