What will you work on? • Analyze business KPIs and identify performance trends and improvement opportunities. • Develop actionable recommendations based on data and business needs. • Collaborate with managers and commercial teams to implement improvement initiatives. • Use Power BI and Excel to transform data into clear, relevant insights. • Explore digital tools and AI solutions to improve business processes. • Visit our commercial sites to better understand operations and support performance initiatives. What are we looking for? • Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business performance. • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills. • SQL knowledge is an advantage. • Fluent English. French is a plus. • Confidence in presenting insights, challenging assumptions and collaborating with different stakeholders. • Willingness to travel to commercial sites.
