Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone communication. • Address inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues promptly and effectively. • Troubleshoot customer challenges while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience. • Stay informed about company products and industry developments to assist customers effectively.
