Following your successful probation period you will have to opportunity to obtain some of these clients to bolster your book. • Top-Tier Support: Focus on advising, not admin - with access to quality leads, full paraplanning, admin, and marketing support. • Big Earnings Potential: Competitive salary (£50k–£70k DOE) + generous discretionary pay scheme and uncapped fee-share opportunities. • Coaching & Development: Learn directly from industry leaders and receive ongoing support to help you grow and succeed What You’ll Do • Provide high-quality, tailored financial advice to HNW individuals, families, and institutions. • Manage and deepen client relationships, delivering strategies across investments, pensions, tax planning, and estate structuring. • Proactively grow your book through referrals, networking, and high-quality leads. • Work collaboratively with a talented internal team including Business Development, Paraplanning, and Admin. • Stay ahead of financial trends to ensure your clients receive the most up-to-date guidance. Role Requirements What You Bring • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser/Wealth Adviser. • Level 4 Diploma (required), Level 6/Chartered status (preferred). • Experience working with high-net-worth and complex client needs. • A proven track record of delivering outstanding advice and client outcomes. • Ambition, integrity, and a desire to build something that’s yours.
