Your mission Role Overview You report directly to the Finance Manager and are the second member of the finance team. Key Responsibilities: • Recording sales, purchase and bank transactions in the ERP (Entersoft) in line with Greek Accounting Standards (ΕΛΠ) • Client invoicing and credit control (monitoring collections and outstanding balances) • Monthly bank, customer and supplier reconciliations • Preparing data for VAT returns, EC sales lists, withholding taxes and other periodic filings, in cooperation with the external accountant • Managing supplier payments, filing payment receipts and maintaining the digital archive • Supporting month-end and year-end close • Client communication and accounting follow-up of all client cases • Office management (facilities, supplies, coordination with external vendors) • Contributing to the improvement and automation of finance processes Your profile What We're Looking For: • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field • 2–5 years of experience in a company finance department or accounting firm, working with double-entry books • Excellent written and spoken English • Good knowledge of Greek Accounting Standards, VAT and myDATA • Experience with Entersoft and strong Excel skills • Organised, detail-oriented, reliable with deadlines and discreet with confidential information We Value: • Strong interpersonal skills • Professional and organized approach to work • Ability to build trust with clients • Results-oriented mindset • Team player mentality Nice to have: • Class B accountant–tax advisor licence • Interest in digital tools and automating accounting workflows • Dutch, German or French Why us?
