Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive reviews and assessments of user-generated content to ensure adherence to community standards. • Identify and appropriately escalate instances of inappropriate content or violations. • Maintain accurate documentation of moderation actions and contribute to analytical reporting efforts. • Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance and refine moderation processes and practices. • Remain informed about industry trends and updates relating to content moderation policies. Requirements • Fluency in German and a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is considered advantageous. • Exceptional attention to detail and robust analytical capabilities. • Able to perform effectively under pressure while managing competing priorities. • Prior experience in content moderation is preferred but not essential. • Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on user satisfaction and community engagement. • Willingness to adapt in a dynamic work environment characterized by evolving guidelines. • Must be prepared to relocate to Malta and engage positively within a collaborative team framework.
