Key Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and phone to our German-speaking clientele. • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints with professionalism and care. • Assist customers in navigating our platform to enhance their gaming experience. • Work closely with team members to meet service level agreements and maintain high quality standards. • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our support system. • Engage in continuous training sessions to expand your knowledge of our products and services. Requirements • Fluent in German and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred. • Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple inquiries. • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous. • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new lifestyle. • Interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry will be considered a significant advantage.
