Greek Technical Operations Data Specialist

About this job

We are looking for Technical Operations Data Specialists with native Greek and English language skills and multi-level competencies to become members of a dedicated, enthusiastic team, that manages daily operations, shares and develops knowledge and much more. Your responsibilities will include: • Data mapping and integrations to systems on hand; • Implementation and maintenance of parametrization activities and strategies; • Processing various debt collection tasks according to work instructions; • Handling and investigating daily-task related incidents; • Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures; • Delivering quality in the fast-changing environment; • Identifying areas or processes for improvements.
