Your role As a Salesforce Architecture Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and governing enterprise-wide Salesforce solutions for some of our largest clients. You will act as a trusted advisor to both business and technology stakeholders, ensuring that Salesforce platforms and processes support long-term business objectives and digital transformation initiatives. In this role you will play a key role in: • Lead architecture and solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and the Salesforce Platform. • Establish architecture governance, design principles, and best practices to ensure sustainable, secure, and high-quality implementations. • Advise clients on solution architecture, integrations, data strategy, platform optimization, and long-term roadmap planning. • Drive adoption of Data Cloud, Agentforce, AI, and intelligent automation capabilities. • Partner with business leaders, architects, and delivery teams on strategic transformation programs. • Guide architecture reviews, technical decision-making, and continuous improvement efforts, including technical debt reduction and data governance. Your profile • Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, Lead Architect, or Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments. • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Salesforce platform architecture. • Thorough understanding of API-led architecture, integration patterns, middleware platforms, event-driven architecture, and enterprise systems integration. • Experience designing integrations between Salesforce and ERP, CRM, eCommerce, OMS, customer data platforms, and other enterprise applications. • Experience with Agentforce, AI-driven solutions, and digital transformation initiatives. • Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, governance, and platform best practices. • Experience defining architecture standards, design principles, and operating models. • Experience working within large-scale transformation programs and agile delivery environments. • Experience with Agentforce, AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and digital transformation initiatives. • Experience in automotive, manufacturing, retail, or other enterprise transformation programs. • Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent Salesforce certifications.
