Please note that for this role, C2 proficiency in German is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin. What You’ll Do - Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. - Support budget ownership and allocate spend across campaigns and channels. - Scale campaigns through testing, optimization, and data-driven decisions. - Leverage AI and automation to scale and monitor campaigns efficiently. - Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities. - Analyze marketing funnel data to understand performance and suggest improvements. - Think creatively and strategically to test and refine messaging that resonates with our audience. - Collaborate with the team to develop new marketing initiatives based on data insights. What Makes You a Great Fit - Marketing experience within a startup/scale-up environment. - Experience managing paid channels, ideally 2 of Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. - Experience using AI and automation to scale and manage campaigns. - Strong analytical and data-driven mindset. - Creative and hands-on approach with a willingness to experiment. - C2 German and strong English communication skills. - Experience in energy or tradespeople sectors is a plus. - PR experience is a plus.
