Responsibilities • Assist Nordic-speaking players via live chat, email, and phone, providing top-tier customer service. • Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding their gaming accounts and promotions. • Ensure a swift and effective resolution of any technical issues faced by players. • Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly. • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance player satisfaction. • Stay knowledgeable about gaming products and industry trends to effectively assist customers. Requirements • Fluent in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus. • Experience in customer service, with a preference for roles in the iGaming industry. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is desirable. • Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to living in a new culture.
