Operating Partner, Sustainability & Impact (S&I)

As part of its development, ARCHIMED is looking for an S&I Operating Partner to drive S&I progress in its portfolio. The Operating Partner supports 10 to 20 of its c. 40 portfolio companies, working hands-on with management, the Director of S&I and the investment teams. Key responsibilities Portfolio company support • Onboard company leadership on ARCHIMED’s S&I framework • Define ESG and impact objectives with management • Build a 3 to 5 year roadmap and annual targets with each company S&I monitoring (funds and ARCHIMED) • Review yearly progress and set objectives for the next year • Monitor performance in line with SFDR and LP commitments • Report to investors and identify portfolio-wide themes Engagement with the ARCHIMED S&I team • Align regularly with the Director of S&I and contribute to the S&I strategy • Supervise S&I team members on part of the monitoring work • Build strong relationships with the investment teams Requirements Key requirements • 10 to 15 years of experience in S&I, ideally in both consulting and corporate roles • Hands-on experience implementing S&I programs in SMEs or mid-market companies • Strong knowledge of S&I frameworks and disclosures (SFDR, KPIs, roadmaps) • Experience working with C-suite executives internationally Personal attributes • Strong leadership and initiative • Excellent interpersonal skills and maturity • Pragmatic and solution-oriented • Constructive and humble Nice to have • Healthcare-related S&I experience • Technical experience in supply chain engagement • Expertise in environmental and LCA assessments Benefits • Contract: consulting-type contract, with 1 month’s notice. • Start Date: ASAP. • Time Commitment: based on availability. • Location: Remote with presence in ARCHIMED’s Lyon offices.
