Photo Lab Operator

We are looking for a motivated and organized person to operate the Lomography's photo lab at our Vienna HQ: • operate the minilab (film development, scanning, image processing, printing) • Prepare films for partnerlab processing • research technical lab questions (equipment manuals, process and film specifications) • suggest improvements to lab workflows • clean and service the minilab and scanning equipment, including routine maintenance according to manufacturer instructions • communicate with service technicians • monitor stock of lab consumables • check incoming films • upload scans to the LomoLAB backend • assist with other tasks during slow periods, such as film and development tests, hand-spooling film and repairs • basic knowledge of analogue photography • manual dexterity in handling film • detail-oriented and independent working style • willingness to learn • communicative
