As a Customer Logistics Specialist, you'll play an essential role in helping customers throughout their delivery journey. This is more than a traditional customer service role – you'll gain exposure to the fast-paced world of logistics and supply chain operations while working closely with transport, warehouse, and delivery teams. What You’ll Do • Provide customer support for shipment and delivery enquiries via phone, email, and chat • Track parcels, investigate delivery issues, and coordinate resolutions with operational teams • Manage customer cases, delivery amendments, and records while ensuring timely, professional service Requirements What You Bring • Strong communication skills in English (B2) and Polish (C1) • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills • Proactive, organized, and tech-savvy • Confidence using computers and fast typing skills Previous customer support experience is welcome, but not required.
