We are looking for committed teachers who can inspire young learners, deliver engaging lessons, and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum. • Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment. • Assess pupils' progress and adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs. • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and positively. • Encourage pupils' academic, social, and emotional development. • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and corers. • Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and attainment. • Support pupils with additional educational needs where required. Requirements • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or eligibility to teach in the relevant role. • Experience teaching in a primary school setting is desirable. • Strong classroom management and communication skills. • A passion for helping children learn and achieve their potential. • A flexible, professional, and reliable approach. • An enhanced DBS check and satisfactory safeguarding and reference checks.
