In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive project activities, and help bring innovative products from concept to production. Key Responsibilities: • Lead or coordinate product development projects and technology initiatives.• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives. • Support projects throughout the entire development lifecycle, from concept to production. • Prepare project updates and present progress to stakeholders. • Contribute to investment planning when required. • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Required Skills and Competencies: • Interest in developing project management skills within a product development environment. • Understanding of product development processes and willingness to learn industrialization and product launch activities. • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Good problem-solving, planning, and prioritization abilities. • Ability to coordinate activities across cross-functional teams and build effective working relationships. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently when needed. • Comfortable working in an international and intercultural environment. Education and Experience: • Degree in Engineering / equivalent industry experience • Experience in R&D, product development, engineering projects, or project coordination roles. • Project management training or certification would be an advantage.
