We are looking for passionate educators who can inspire students, deliver engaging lessons, and support pupils in achieving their academic potential in a positive and inclusive learning environment. We welcome applications from experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs), across a range of secondary subjects. Key Responsibilities • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum. • Teach and motivate students across the relevant subject area. • Monitor, assess, and record students' progress and attainment. • Maintain effective classroom management and positive behaviour. • Adapt teaching methods to meet different learning needs. • Support students' academic progress and personal development. • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers where appropriate. • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. Requirements Requirements • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or eligibility for the relevant teaching role. • Experience teaching in a secondary school setting is desirable. • Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • A flexible, professional, and reliable approach. • An enhanced DBS check and satisfactory safeguarding and reference checks.
