Key Responsibilities: • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery during rotating day and night shifts. • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues swiftly and efficiently. • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying equipment optimization opportunities. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on equipment performance. • Adhere to all health and safety policies, promoting a safe working environment at all times. Requirements • Proven experience as an engineer within a manufacturing or food production environment is highly desirable. • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. • Ability to work flexibly on rotating day and night shifts. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. • Knowledge of health and safety standards in an industrial setting. • Relevant technical qualifications or apprenticeship preferred.
