Your Daily Highlights (100% Non-Voice!): • Help Content Creators Shine: Support online video creators via Email and Live Chat with account settings, feature rollouts, and technical questions. • Crack the Code: Solve inquiries about monetization, channel performance (views & subscribers!), account recovery, and content appeals. • Master the Flow: Handle 20–25 creator requests per day, leveling up from email to handling 2 chats at a time as you gain confidence. • Vibe with the Team: Join regular team check-ins, learn new process tips, and celebrate team wins together.
