Enterprise Rent-A-Car, a member of Sfakianakis Group of Companies and a leader in the Greek automotive market, is looking to expand its team in Chios with the following position: Station Manager Responsibilities: • Supervises daily operations of the car rental station, ensuring that provided services meet customer expectations • Coordinates the station team to ensure optimal fleet performance and maximum customer satisfaction • Ensures the implementation of the station’s operational policies and compliance with safety standards • Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly resolving customer complaints and addressing their needs • Ensures all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced, including scheduling regular inspections and repairs Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred • 3+ years of similar experience, preferably in the transportation industry • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken) • Strong communication skills, responsibility and team spirit • Holder of a valid driving license Benefits: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Health and life Insurance plan • Dynamic and modern working environment • Continuous training and development • Opportunities for professional advancement
