Job Overview: This role will lead on styling and staging across multiple shoots, according to the brief set by the Campaigns Manager / Art Director. Responsibilities and Duties: • Styling: o Styling outfits, shoes, and accessories to create on brand /high fashion looks for shoots, from smaller street-style shoots to larger e-commerce/campaign shoots. o Loan product from small designers to feature in shoots – handle all returns and ensure social credit correct designers o Manage styling budget sheet o Running ecom shoots / making selects on set with photographer o Organisation with Garment tech of samples ensuring the correct samples are used on shoots and returned in good condition with labels, working with Styling Assistant o Good communication with garment tech on shoot dates / if different size samples are needed o Styling looks for wholesale decks o Styling shoots for wholesale ecom o Book models & negotiate rates for fittings for up coming campaigns o Assist on set with tasks such as set creation, steaming clothes, getting models dressed, and keeping outfits organised, alongside the Styling Assistant o Styling on trips abroad for campaign shoots & social shoots o Keep studio tidy and styling area organised • Research: o Contributing to creative meetings, brainstorming ideas and pitching. o Research on up-and-coming trends, styling and experiment and collate new suggestions based on the aesthetic of Jaded Man drops Requirements • A true creative, with a strong professional network. • Ability to style entire looks in a creative, forward-thinking way • Up-to-date with the latest fashion trends in clothes, shoes, accessories and makeup • Availability to work long hours during photoshoot days • Flexibility to travel, as needed • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to act as an ambassador for the Jaded brand on shoots and with external talent and their agents/managers Benefits • 50% Employee Discount • 24 days holiday per year (plus bank holidays) • A paid day off on your birthday • A paid moving day per year • Hybrid Working Arrangements - 1 day per week WFH • Pension Scheme • Bonus Scheme • Employee Assistance Programme for you and your family • £500 employee referral bonus scheme • Local Business Discounts (cafés, fitness, beauty etc) • North-West London office location directly located next to good transport links • Casual office dress code (your style of dress is up to you, wear what you feel best in) • Fully-stocked kitchens and fridges (hello endless brekkie and snack supply, see ya afternoon munchies) • Regular Office Social Events (e.g. payday socials)
