How success is measured • Delivery of a clear and effective product-sustaining strategy across the TC&IS portfolio. • Quality and completeness of obsolescence plans, lifecycle data, installed-base information and technology-refresh business cases. • Achievement of sustaining performance commitments related to quality, cost, delivery, profitability and plan execution. • Sustained customer satisfaction through reliable product support and service excellence. Alstom, a great place to grow • Help strengthen the long-term reliability of advanced digital and control systems for trains. • Collaborate with product, engineering, procurement, regional and services teams in a global environment. • Grow in an international organisation where continuous improvement and innovation translate into real-world mobility impact. Here, progress isn't always easy - the scale is massive and the tasks are complex - but the impact is real. Because when the system runs, the train moves and the city connects, that feeling stays with you. And the legacy lasts.
