This is a high-impact role where supplier performance, competitiveness and delivery reliability directly contribute to the success of critical mobility solutions. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication - because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.   Your role, your impact   • Define and execute sourcing strategies for tenders and projects • Lead supplier selection, evaluation and performance management activities • Conduct market analysis to identify competitive sourcing alternatives • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing and contractual terms with suppliers • Support supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives • Manage supplier non-conformities and claims resolution • Coordinate with Supply Chain teams to ensure on-time and on-budget project deliveries • Drive procurement performance through cost optimisation and risk management initiatives You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, supply chain and project management - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.   What you bring   • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field • 3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing and project procurement environments • Intermediate to advanced English level • Experience working with SAP • Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic project environment How success is measured   • Achievement of QCD (Quality, Cost and Delivery) objectives • Savings and procurement performance targets • Supplier performance indicators, including OTIF and NCR management • Competitive sourcing solutions and risk mitigation effectiveness • Collaboration and support provided to project and supply chain teams Alstom, a great place to grow   • Enjoy stability, challenges and a long-term career free from boring daily routines • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues • Contribute to innovative projects • Utilise our cooperative working environment • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries • Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage     Here, progress isn’t always easy - the scale is massive, the tasks are complex - but the impact is real.
