Key Responsibilities • Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth • Partner with development and product teams to ensure product quality in a fast-paced Agile environment • Partner with SRE team to deploy and manage data infrastructure on cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS • Demonstrate strong customer focus and end-to-end ownership of critical applications, including leadership during customer-impacting incidents and driving post-incident improvements • Provide technical direction for the team by being an expert in technology, system design and architecture • Deliver POCs (Proof of Concept) to quickly identify direction and gaps in proposed architecture and feature development • Work closely with different teams to understand and implement the requirements to design and support their workflows. • Work on complex requirements, and issues which required in-depth analysis. • Proactively improve quality through collaboration, automation, process improvement and innovative thinking • Champion the adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices, accelerating software delivery, improving quality, and increasing developer productivity across teams. • Mentor and develop engineers through technical leadership, design reviews, coaching, and knowledge sharing. Key Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields • 12+ years of experience managing and deploying commercial software products • Experience in building products across the full stack and a firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages. • Proven experience building large-scale, distributed systems • Proven experience managing solutions on GCP or AWS utilizing a broad set of the services available • Expert in the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery • Experience in performance engineering and optimizations • Experience with Cloud based architecture, cloud native solutions and infrastructure/management, developing and handling of distributed systems • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, or Claude to improve engineering productivity, software quality, automation, architecture design, troubleshooting, and delivery outcomes. • Strong communication skills (both oral and written) • Show an ownership mindset in everything you do.
