As a professional and team manager, you will own complex projects that leave a lasting legacy in mobility.   Your role, your impact   • Lead the creation and optimization of scalable schematic designs for rail systems, ensuring future-proof solutions. • Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to align technical and business objectives. • Guarantee reliability and compliance of apparatus through rigorous testing and validation processes. • Champion innovation by integrating emerging technologies and methodologies into design practices. • Promote knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to build technical excellence.   You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, operations, and design — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.   What you bring   • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in schematic design and apparatus leadership, preferably in rail orindustrial sectors.  • Proficiency in CAD tools, electrical design software, and standards such as IEC and EN. • Strong understanding of rail system architecture, safety standards, and integration processes. • Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills with a focus on ownership and accountability   How success is measured   • On-time delivery of schematic designs aligned with strategic project goals. • Effective collaboration and leadership within multidisciplinary teams. • Reduction in defects, improved reliability, and increased efficiency in apparatus design.     Alstom, a great place to grow   • Work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to Alstom’s strategic vision for sustainable mobility. • Make a global impact from our Barcelona office, connecting cities and communities. • Advance your career through continuous learning and development opportunities.     Here, progress isn’t always easy — the scale is massive, the tasks are complex — but the impact is real.
